• HELPFUL INFO
     Reservations: Please keep in mind that all of our restaurants are reserved for private parties  of 25 or more are on a first-come basis.   As some days book quickly, it's wise to contact us as soon as you have a firm date in mind. A 50% deposit will be required to hold a reservation, and full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.   For reservations under 25 people, please call 201-thebigm.
• Timing: During live racing, the Meadowlands opens at 5 p.m. with post time at 7:15 p.m.   However, the Meadowlands is available for bookings at any time of year, day or night.  
• Parking: There is no charge for cars or buses in our General Parking area. For your convenience, we also offer Valet Parking for $5.
• Accessibility: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, all of our facilities are accessible for the physically challenged.

EVENT IDEAS  

Event Under a Tent
Host a casual or elegant party during the day or evening under one of our private tents in Paddock Park. Located along the final home stretch of the track, your 50 to 1,000 guests can enjoy the most exciting moments of the race up close. Serve cocktails, buffet or full service meals. And should you need a dance floor, speakers, or any other kind of equipment, our professional staff is always ready to assist you in any way.

Trade Shows
The Meadowlands has hosted many highly successful trade shows. And we offer a wide range of facilities. You can also choose whatever you require from our broad selection of audio/video equipment. As always, professionally-trained technicians are on hand to ensure an exciting, productive show.

Multi-Media Presentations
Meadowlands Racetrack has always been a dynamic location for briefings, presentations, demonstrations and sales pitches-anything requiring a technical, multi-media approach. And to put your mind at ease, our highly trained staff of technicians is available to assist you with the full range of audio visual equipment we have available.
