Often the most effective business meetings are those that take place in a social setting such as a sporting event.  And the racetrack is no exception. Create strong alliances with clients and colleagues as you share your outside skills and interests at the Meadowlands Racetrack.   And as always, our gracious staff will do everything possible to help your event go smoothly.

PACKAGES  

All Group Sales Packages Include:

  • Admission
  • Official Meadowlands Racing Program
  • Selected menu including coffee, tea, or decaf
  • Applicable sales tax and gratuities
  • A complimentary welcome on the finish line jumbotron screen and all in-house monitors
  • Complimentary receptions tables and welcome signs available upon request

     

    Additional Services Available:  

    • Valet parking vouchers can be purchased for $10.00 additional per car
    • For $150.00 your group can sponsor a race, be featured on our jumbotron screen at the finish line and in our program.  Three members of your group will be invited to the Winner's Circle to present a trophy and receive a complimentary souvenir photograph.
    • We can assist you with pre-paid betting vouchers 
       
    • Handicapping seminars can be arranged in advanced.

    • Personal Handicapper that will answer your "How to Bet" questions
       

    HELPFUL INFO
     

    • Reservations: Please keep in mind that all of our restaurants are reserved for private parties on a first-come basis. And as some holidays are booked up to a year in advance, it's wise to contact us as soon as you have a firm date in mind. A 25% deposit will be required to hold a reservation, and full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
    • Timing: The Meadowlands opens at 5:30 p.m. with post time at 7:00 p.m. and closes at approximately 11:00 p.m.
    • Parking: There is no charge for cars or buses in our General Parking area. For your convenience, we also offer Valet Parking for $10.
    • Accessibility: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, all of our facilities are accessible for the physically challenged.

     

    What's more, we offer a wide range of Special Services and Event Ideas to ensure that your Meadowlands experience is a truly memorable occasion for everyone.

     

    Winner's Circle Trophy Presentation
    Enhance the sense of celebration by having us christen a race with your group or company name on the Daktronics video board. You can then honor three members of your group with an invitation to join in the trophy presentation at the Winner's Circle. A complimentary, full-color photo will be taken for them to keep as a special souvenir.

     

    Multi-Media Presentations
    Meadowlands Racetrack has always been an effective location for briefings, presentations, demonstrations and sales pitches-anything requiring a technical, multi-media approach. And to put your mind at ease, our highly trained staff of technicians is available to assist you with the full range of audio visual equipment we have available. 

     

    EVENT IDEAS  

    Event Under a Tent
    Host a casual or elegant party during the day or evening under one of our private tents in Paddock Park. Located along the final home stretch of the track, your 50 to 1,000 guests can enjoy the most exciting moments of the race up close. Serve cocktails, buffet or full service meals. And should you need a dance floor, speakers, or any other kind of equipment, our professional staff is always ready to assist you in any way.

     

    Trade Shows
    The Meadowlands has hosted many highly successful trade shows. And we offer a wide range of facilities, including our Clubhouse TeleTheater. You can also choose whatever you require from our broad selection of audio/video equipment. As always, professionally-trained technicians are on hand to ensure an exciting, productive show.

     

    Weddings
    A number of weddings have already been held at the Meadowlands. From our wide choice of event rooms to our beautiful grounds, many couples have found this is the perfect place to get their marriage off to a truly exciting start. Our professional staff is more than happy to assist you with making all the arrangements to ensure that your wedding is everything you've always dreamed it would be.
