2-Sanattle Slew – Classy 9YO showed some positive signs of life with a quick leave in his third start back @ Yonkers, drops into a real soft spot & draws inside here


8-In Rock We Trust – Can’t forget that 1:51.1 upset last June & he’s beaten better here, has had three starts to regain some form & despite post eight this could be a prime spot for Irish Joe to unleash him


4-Swift As A Shadow – 10YO with plenty of back class offered a bit more in the slop after some freshening & qualifier chasing American History & in line for a smooth stalking trip 



1-IM A Director N – NZ import has taken a few starts to acclimated & find his level, chased a runaway Statement Made last out & finally moves inside for a high percentage barn


10-Always Flashing A – Another downunder import, just missed in his last two, now makes his fourth US start, stuck outside, but gets some class relief


7-Bungalow Bill N – Pegged him when he finished a close second at 70-1 two starts back, 0 for his last 30, but dangerous with a patient trip & right pace scenario



8-Hypnotic AM – Had her in the Hambo Top 10 off her 1:51.1 qualifier & first two stakes wins, road trouble in the first half of the Del Miller & still hit the board, post four in the Oaks, outside a ton of speed here


5-Ab’sattitudexpress – Drew the rail in the Oaks, lightly-raced Trixton filly found her form with back-to-back wins in NJSS & crushed them in that final, then tuned up with a sharp qualifier


4-Solsbury Hill – Sister to Emoticon Hanover, 1:50.2 has post nine in the Oaks for Team Zeron, put it all together in her last two & beat Hambo entrant Sister Sledge in PASS, draws well for a smooth acclimating mile 



4-Allywag Hanover – Won his first three starts this season, displaying a wicked closing kick, thought he would collar them with a perfect set up in the Pace, lightly-raced colt still finding his best stride, post four again


10-Tall Dark Stranger – Dan Patch Award winner has come back with blinding speed & sheer will of a prize fighter, got back up off the mat to prevail in a dramatic Pace, post ten is certainly a hindrance, but this is a special performer


8-Captain Kirk – This Captain was right there with Tall Dark Stranger in the Pace elimination, then got stung from post ten, more patience needed with another tough post here & just starting to heat up for Team Alagna



1-When Dovescry – Finally saw some serious action & flashed speed in the Hambo Maturity, classy 2019 Oaks winner now gets a chance to shine from the rail


10-Forbidden Trade – 2019 Hambo upsetter caught a few off guard with that convincing return here, then finished a bang up second to Gimpanzee in the Hambo Maturity, post ten no picnic, yet he’s back on his game


3-JL Cruze – What can say about the way The King has come back this season? Set a fast pace, battled bitterly & just half a length short last week, stays on a roll from a better post here



1-Back Of The Neck – Rated #2 in Hambo Top 10 fresh off two confident stakes wins here, Scottie Z said his first nose loss this season was brilliant, yet he has successfully taught the colt to stalk n pounce


7-Ramona Hill – Dan Patch Award & Breeders Crown winner showed once again post ten is a mere starting point when she romped in the Del Miller in a career best of 1:50.3, takes on the boys brimming with confidence & talent


2-Third Shift – Rated #4 in Hambo Top 10 for his standout stakes wins @ Vernon Downs & solid second to Back Of The Neck in the Dancer, draws inside & alongside that rival & continues to ramp up at the right time



5-Peaky Sneaky – Won two of three & took a mark of 1:49.1 here before she got shuffled in the Mistletoe Shalee, this Team Takter-tuned filly is still gathering steam


4-Rocknificent – Upset Lyons Sentinel in PASS in the slop @ The Meadows on July 11, a solid third in the Mistletoe Shalee with a :25.4, steady Linda Toscano trainee draws well


2-Alexis’s Beach – Consistent filly took a mark of 1:50 @ The Big M this season, strong runner up in her last two PASS @ The Meadows & draws inside here for Brett Pelling



8-Ready For Moni – KYSS champ & Valley Victory runner up late on the scene, switched to Team Takter & had that look when he won his July 11 qualifier, then methodically took a new mark of 1:51.4 in the Dancer, #1 Hambo pick now tackles post eight

2-Sister Sledge – Prolific Father Patrick filly rightfully takes a shot at the boys fresh off the mile of her life, draws inside for Team Burke & could be tough if she’s allowed to get her own way


4-Rome Pays Off – Prominent colt last year when was second in the Peter Haughton & Breeders Crown, struggled to qualify, yet now suddenly two-for-two & back in the picture here with an inside post



4-Bettor’s Wish – Last year’s leading money winner has missed three weeks off a disappointing Graduate Final, his previous win came with a :25.3 explosion & draws better here


5-Dontellmeagain – Our Pace Night price play couldn’t quite get to a gigantic Our Majordan A, but gets another serious shot from a midpack stalking post in an impossible field


6-Geez Joe – Won back-to-back Preferreds last month with thunderous rallies, was used way too hard in the Haughton & looms large with a surge out of the likely fast flow



1-Plunge Blue Chip – Track record hold was forced to come back in the Cutler from post nine, then hit the board in two legs of this series, then latest a huge rally & now moves inside


3-Kenziesky Hanover – Just one for 13, but very consistent this season, game runner up to the mighty Manchego in Leg 3 of this series & draws inside again with tactical speed


7-Pat Matters – Appears to have regained her confidence @ Pocono with back-to-back wins & new mark of 1:51.4 for Nifty Norman, has a chance to step up further in the wide-open fourth leg



6-The Devils’ Own N – Was relentless prior to his unusually slow start from post eight last week, nosed out in 1:48 before that & now drops a notch


4-Dorsoduro Hanover – Team Burke stalwart who’s been through the stakes wars perked up speed last week, drops further & lands four again


2-Vettel N – Came out swinging in his first two, then hurt by tough posts in his last two, sport s mark of 1:50 here this season & now moves inside 



1-DA Delightful – Sports a 1:50.3 mark here last season & recent post seven winner @ Pocono in 1:50.4, getting some class relief & inline for a smooth trip from the rail


4-De Los Cielos Deo – Classy Team Burke 4YO coming around with back-to-back on the board finishes in his last two, drops another notch & draws better


8-Closing Statement – Runner up to the raging Angers Bayama two starts back, tried to rally from an impossible spot last week, tougher post, but a fast pace may set up a late bid



7-Effronte A – 1:48.3 winner here this season struggling on the comeback trail, miscued last week off a sick scratch, now drops to face a field begging to be beaten


9-Vanquished N – Hammered down to 2-1 & delivered with an aggressive effort from post seven two starts back, drops back to that level & reunited with Gingras


2-Melodies Major – Just one for his last 19, but hit the board in all three since coming back, including a solid third here from post seven on June 6, look for him to be forwardly placed
