6          Truth And Liberty – Fresh from a tough acclimating mile she responded to a great drive by Andy Miller to nail the nose upset & new lifetime mark of 1:51.1, 11-time winner in 2016 is a big threat to repeat

1          Whiskersonkittens – Steady mare has chased a well-rated Icommandmyspirit in her last two, last week in game grinding fashion & rewarded with an improved starting position

2          Icommandmyspirit – Veteran horse-for-the-course has utilized some class relief to regain her confidence, reeling off two in a row on the engine, the latest a front-end masterpiece by Jim Marohn, Jr.

3          Lightning Strike – Twice beaten favorite tried it on the lead two starts back, then ran into a raging Who Do You Like, draws well again & inside that rival, big chance to stalk & atone for potent combo of Kokinos & Lappe

4          Stimulus Plan – Reclaimed by Nick Surick & the qualifier looked okay, Hurricane Hannah is back in the bike, the post is good, adds an element of speed to this party

9          Who Do You Like – Had been knocking on the door recently & last week changed barns & kicked it in big time with a wire-to-wire career best 1:53.1, reportedly a world record mile for amateur pacers, Bob Davis will no doubt be blasting from the tougher post

4          Auteur Hanover – Finished well to hit the board in his 3YO debut last week, this colt draws much better to gain further experience & has a big chance to improve

5          Majestic Sunset – Stepped up to this N/W 3 level & made it three in a row in style off the lifetime best 1:56.1 on 2-2, Majestic Son gelding has missed a couple of weeks, but seems to have a lot of upside

8          Mostinterestingman – Burke-tuned gelding romped twice in a row here & lowered his mark to 1:56.2, returns to that level here off a solid third @ Yonkers in a no-chance added distance event

4          Wild Whiskey – 3YO gelding ships in off four straight seconds in just five starts @ Dover Downs, three of them were narrow losses, lands in a prime sport to break through for Joe Holloway

7          Bend In The River – Gelding was a solid second in his last start here on 1-13, subsequently just missed against tougher N/W 4 & N/W 6 company @ Yonkers, so this is a significant class drop

1          Pretty Phylly G – Showed some logical improvement with an ideal second over trip & finished a solid second last week, seems more sure-footed now, draws inside again & may be on verge

5          Sixteen Mikes – Overmatched in the Preferred @ The Meadows, ships into the Andrew Harris barn, not strong in the win column, but lands a prime spot with the addition of Gingras

6          Its Chocolate Time – The perfect Jim Marohn, Jr. drive fell just a neck shy last week, this gelding has been knocking on the door & finds an ideal scenario to kick it in

2          Starsaboveallerage – Has hit the ticket in his last three with strong finishes, lands post again to set up another stalking trip, just three for his last 43 is a concern

5          Wind Of The North – Classy gelding fresh off his best season ever finished with a flurry in a fast comebacker @ Dover Downs, runner up to Hannelore Hanover in the 2016 Centaur Trotting Classic always merits strong attention

6          Opulent Yankee – Needed every inch of that dreamy two-hole ride to nail the favorite Lady’s Dude by a nose in a nice bounce-back mile, logical threat to repeat in this match up

7          DW’s NY Yank – Burke-tuned millionaire with 40 career wins limited to eight starts last year, returns from a nine-month layoff, won the qualifier with good energy

5          Caribbean Rose N – Her 2016 season’s best was 1:52.1 here, a much-improved second while closing off a pedestrian :57.4 half in her second start off the bench, serious threat here

6          Mandy’s Mattjesty – Burke trainee won a whopping ten of 33 last season, drops into a softer spot fresh off two good tighteners @ Yonkers & seems like the main target here

1          Joyful Game – Finished solidly for minor spoils two weeks ago, just missed in her previous three, charged home in :26.4 two starts back, grabs the rail again, but needs to somehow conjure up more gate speed

3          Alexander Hanover Have to forgive & toss last week’s effort after an early break, tough nose loss off a slow :58.1 half before that, draws inside again & gets another driver change

6          Can Do – Drops back to a competitive level after a couple of gallant efforts at the top level, always dangerous with his effective stalking style & thrives @ The Big M

7          Montalbano Bi – Credit Team Harmon for tightening the screws on this gelding, what a drive by Jim Marohn, Jr. to make it three of four on the comeback trail, overcame a triple class jump to lower his mark to 1:54.2

4          Take My Picture – Classy millionaire returns here now at age ten, won the comebacker in game fashion @ Freehold, draws well & has always been strong in the win column

2          Fox Valley Steffen – 8YO gelding a well-driven winner in two of his last three with Brett Miller in the bike, the latest a career best 1:55, Jennifer Lappe has this veteran on his toes & his post improves

1          Exquisite Glide – Took a few starts to regain his winning form, launched & sustained his late bid with Callahan, lightly-raced gelding poised to step up from the rail

6          Appomattox – Beaten favorite albeit with a solid finish in his first start in four months, classy 8YO gets another shot at this reduced level & lands in a prime spot

4          Battle Mage – Has missed a couple of weeks since the early miscue on 2-20, this is another class drop & the inside post paves the way for speed in a field lacking that factor

7          Andover’s Touch – Except for the nose loss from same post two starts back there’s not much to go on, the class drop may perk up this gelding again

2          Daylyn Horizon – Added Brett Miller, emerged out of a shuffle & just missed when he dropped to this level, major threat from an inside post here

4          The Pokester – 11YO classmaster surprised many with that strong upset from post seven at 42-1, draws better to parlay that success in a similar match up

9          Majo Just Do It – Dropped back to this $7,500 level & stormed home for the upset given a great drive by Greg Merton, will need more Merton magic from post nine
