RACE 1

4-Hidden Cove – Saw some major stakes action at two, obviously matured & turned in a couple of nice qualifiers @ Southern Oaks & draw well for Team Miller

 

10-So Rude – $100,000+ winner in NYSS at two, now with Team Bongiorno, fresh off a standout qualifier @ Gaitway & post ten might not matter

 

1-Martinique Beach – New acquisition for Andrew Harris added Lasix & got underway too late chasing So Rude @ Gaitway, has inside advantage on that rival & chance to improve

 

RACE 2

3-Tito Rocks – PASS player as a freshman flashed a sneaky :26.1 on the end of his Big M qualifier for a high percentage barn & moves inside for a better start

 

7-No Lou Zing – Lightly-raced Sweet Lou gelding rallied sharply from a tough spot in :26.3, looks like Team Takter is ready to fire right off the hop

 

8-Bombshell Hanover – Gelded son of Somebeachsomewhere just missed to top rated Cattlewash from post eight with a mighty surge, a nice prospect for Team Orange Crush

 

RACE 3

4-Actor Hanover – Solid runner up to Preferred entrant None Bettor A @ Gaitway & draws well to set up a stalking trip for a sharp barn

 

7-The Moonshadow N – NZ import by Bettor’s Delight closed stoutly to win his Gaitway qualifier in rein to The White Knight, could be anything & looks well spotted here

 

8-Captain Groovy – Minor stakes winner & Grand Circuit player @ two, son of Captaintreacherous showed improvement in his second Goshen qualifier

 

RACE 4

8-Steinham’s Beach – Lightly-raced 4YO brother to world champion Put On A Show unleashed an ultra-impressive Big M qualifier from post ten & stands out in a competitive field

 

5-Somebodyitreasure – Added Lasix & made a sharp late move to open up in his Gaitway qualifier for Andrew Harris, gets a chance to stalk from midpack

 

7-Western Vacation – Consistent stakes player at two overcame post eight & followed in the pocket @ Gaitway, speed puts him in play again for Team Orange Crush

 

RACE 5

4-Harambe Deo – Nailed his Big M qualifier with a sharp late burst of :26.3, was tangling successfully with the top class here before the shutdown & draws well

 

2-Hayden Hanover – Classy horse-for-the-course put forth some lively efforts this past Winter, solid qualifier chasing a runaway, inside draw for Team Orange Crush

 

6-DA Delightful – Major contender @ this level back in February qualified @ Gaitway in his usual solid manner, maturing 4YO strong in the win column last year

 

RACE 6

4-Western Joe – 2018 Sam McKee winner looks ready for a big comeback with a commanding wire-to-wire prep @ Magical Acres & Joe draws well in an even match up

 

1-Another Daily Copy – Veteran loves this track, was racing well before the shutdown, qualified nicely & has the speed to take advantage of the rail in a challenging first leg of the Pick 4

 

8-Saying Grace N – Huge, grinding winner here in late February, tough to gauge off the Gaitway qualifier & post is demanding, yet he could pounce off a fast pace

 

RACE 7

2-Muscle Fashion – Rallied for the upset in a career best 1:53.1 in the slop when last seen here & draws inside fresh off a strong Big M qualifier with Tyler Buter

 

1-Very Very Fast – 11YO warhorse won two of his last three here before the shutdown, his Gaitway qualifier wasn’t inspiring, but he’s back on the rail

 

10-Top Flight Angel – Runner up in his last three here & post ten is no picnic in this one, Team Orange Crush contender did finish well for second again @ Gaitway

 

RACE 8

7-The Bettormack N – 9YO NZ import shows a recent 1:51 win downunder, flashed some sneaky late pace in :26.3 with Lasix added & lands in a wide-open field

 

3-Mohawk Warrior – Racing well before the shutdown, qualified adequately @ Gaitway, retains Tetrick & draws well in a field with no standouts

 

8-Jeneral Patton – Bounced back from an injury scratch with a lively qualifier here chasing Harambe Deo, continues his mile track transition from a tough post 

 

RACE 9

7-None Bettor A – Reeled off nine in a row at one point last season, including the Battle of Lake Erie, Preferred winner here this Winter added Lasix & qualified big @ Gaitway

 

5-Dorsoduro Hanover – Classy Team Burke trainee with a 1:47.4 mark here last season has danced with the upper echelon, won his Gaitway prep with plenty of vigor

 

4-Rodeo Rock – Just missed in the Preferred with a sizzling :25.1 here in late February, took his needed qualifying tour last week & now draws inside with The White Knight

 

RACE 10

4-Bechers Brook A – Has picked up where he left off, equaled his lifetime mark of 1:50.1 with a decisive rally here & draws well to ramp up from that positive move

 

1-Gratian Hanover – Yonkers regular was just starting to rev up before the shutdown, qualified with a :54.2 back half @ Gaitway & blasts off from the rail for Team Bongiorno

 

8-San Domino A – Consistent closer in the Open ranks on smaller tracks, just missed with a noteworthy late burst in his Gaitway qualifier for Andrew Harris & banks on some mayhem

 

RACE 11

5-Ocean Colony – We dove into the Ocean when he upset fresh off the bench in mid-February, won his Gaitway qualifier with pace at both ends & loves this track

 

1-Father Sarducci – Was competitive at this level here this past Winter, strong runner up in his Gaitway qualifier & lands the rail in soft field for Team Bongiorno

 

8-Persimmon A – Fired sharply off the wings & chased a headstrong Bechers Brook A in a nice bounce-back qualifier from post nine, a similar effort makes him a contender

 

RACE 12

2-Respect Our Flag – Lost a couple of heartbreakers here late last year, the latest with a wicked :25.1, outsprinted a pair of Open foes to win his Gaitway qualifier for Team Bongiorno

 

3-Shamwow – Star on the Indiana Sires Stakes circuit & now a stablemate to HOY Shartin N, chased a 1:49.4 runaway in his qualifier here & draws inside to make an immediate impression

 

8-Aflame Hanover – Consistent 3YO last year earned over a quarter million in career season, runner up to a 1:49.4 winner in his Big M qualifier, rates a long look despite post eight

 

RACE 13

1-Mr Ds Dragon – Fresh Team Burke prospect was more energetic in his second qualifier @ Gaitway, gets class relief & lands the rail, see how The Moonshadow N did earlier in the card

 

8-Highrthananeagle A – Aussie import for Team Harmon aired it out to win his second qualifier here with Tyler Buter, draws outside, but seems well classified

 

3-Tact Tate N – Was struggling a notch above this back in February, yet finished strongly in his Gaitway qualifier, knows this track, draws well & could surprise for the Blueberry Bomber
